Abstract:

This paper concentrates mostly on the development status of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining technology in bow pseudo-inclined mining face of steeply inclined coal seam,and introduced the characteristics of full mechanized mining equipments in bow pseudo-inclined Mining face of steeply inclined coal seam,which are totally different from the fully mechanized automatic technology in long wall coal mining face of some forward direction coal seam.This mining way emphasized on the abatement mining face actual angle,the avoidance of the traditional mining coal gangue flying into the hydraulic power support wounding phenomenon.Establishment of steady spacing between the beam end and shearer drum and the patency of the pedestrian is the basic requirement.Adjustment of hydraulic power support is to guarantee promoting the working process of mining equipments.Practical engineering application of bow pseudo-inclined Mining face of steeply inclined coal seam proves this Comprehensive mechanical mining technique to be reliable and effective.
